As June begins, all things flourish, and the clarion call to action has sounded. All colleagues in the CFS Marketing Center's Foreign Trade Department gathered for a grand June kick-off meeting. The meeting started with enthusiasm, set clear goals, and concluded with pledges, strengthening team cohesion and outlining a clear path for achieving June's performance targets. All foreign trade personnel, with high spirits, officially embarked on a new journey in June.

01 A Passionate Opening: Awakening the Power of Struggle with Initial Aspirations


The meeting opened in a relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere. The interactive game "Coach Says" ignited the atmosphere, quickly getting everyone engaged. The losing team members spontaneously performed talents, filling the room with laughter and creating a strong team spirit.


Following this, everyone watched the inspirational short film "Death Crawl." The 8-minute video, brimming with an indomitable spirit of perseverance, deeply moved everyone present. Two colleagues shared their thoughts, drawing on their own experiences in foreign trade to discuss their understanding of persistence and breakthroughs, bringing the atmosphere of striving to its first climax.


02. Breaking the Ice with Warmth: Building Team Cohesion Through Mutual Assistance

"Go fast alone, go far together." For the foreign trade team, the integration of new and experienced members and the passing on of experience are the core driving forces for continuous progress. New foreign trade colleagues took turns on stage, giving a unique self-introduction.


Experienced colleagues, drawing on years of frontline practical experience, offered newcomers exclusive tips on avoiding pitfalls in foreign trade, sharing everything from customer follow-up pacing to risk avoidance techniques.


This two-way interaction between new and experienced members not only quickly brought the team closer but also laid a solid foundation for building a talent pipeline within the foreign trade team.


03. Setting Goals: Establishing a Decisive Victory with Military Orders

"With goals set, the journey continues." The core of this launch meeting was the official announcement of the CFS Foreign Trade Department's overall performance targets for June. These clear indicators set the direction for everyone's efforts in June.


Each team and key business personnel took turns on stage to solemnly announce their individual and team monthly goals to the entire staff. Their words were firm and resolute, demonstrating their unwavering belief in victory. Following this, everyone signed a pledge, solemnly committing in black and white to deeply linking their personal goals with team development, transforming verbal resolve into actionable guidelines.


04 A Heated Competition: Igniting Potential Through Challenges


With goals come challenges, and competition fuels motivation. To maximize the team's potential, this launch meeting included a "PK Challenge" segment.


Each participating team and individual signed a challenge agreement on-site, clarifying the PK rules. Both sides exchanged challenges and declarations of war, creating a highly competitive atmosphere. Meanwhile, the simultaneous launch of the "horse-buying mechanism" allowed all employees to deeply participate in this performance sprint, creating a positive competitive atmosphere where everyone had goals and motivation.


05 Clear Policies, Using Rewards and Penalties to Ensure Goal Target Achievement


Rewards and penalties are essential for a structured approach. To ensure the smooth achievement of June's goals, this kick-off meeting provided a detailed explanation of the June incentive policies specifically for the Foreign Trade Department. From the award categories for performance champions and team benchmarks to the corresponding benefits, everything was clearly broken down, allowing everyone to see the direction of their efforts and feel the rewards of their hard work.


At the same time, the meeting also clarified the penalty rules for failing to meet targets. These clear reward and penalty rules not only ignited the enthusiasm of everyone for the sprint with positive incentives but also forced everyone to go all out with negative constraints, ensuring that monthly goals were effectively achieved.


06 Leadership Empowerment, Providing Direction for the Path Forward


At the end of the meeting, General Manager Huang and the instructors took the stage to offer their best wishes to all Foreign Trade colleagues. 07 Solemn Oath, Embarking on a New Journey with the Flag


The most exciting "Goal Launch" segment brought the atmosphere of this launch meeting to its climax. Each team took turns going on stage, receiving their exclusive team flag from General Manager Huang, raising the flag high, shouting their team name and slogan, and marching firmly around the venue, each step demonstrating their determination to win.


Following this, all foreign trade colleagues stood in formation, raised their right fists, and solemnly swore an oath facing the team flag. The resounding oath echoed in the venue, a solemn commitment to the June goals and a fearless declaration for the future journey.
